Labor Union. 1. Employees of the Joint Venture Company in China may organize a Labor Union and perform Labor Union activities based on the “Labor Union Law of People’s Republic of China”, other related law of China’s Labor Union, and regulations of the administrative laws. Labor Union of the Joint Venture Company represents the benefit of employees of the Joint Venture Company. 2. The Joint Venture Company must provide funds to the Labor Union of the Joint Venture Company based to meet the requests of the China’s public fund related law and allow the Labor Union to use the funds.
