Common use of Labor Union Clause in Contracts

Labor Union. (a) For so long as required by Law, the staff and workers of the Company shall have the right to establish a trade union organization and conduct trade union activities in accordance with applicable PRC Law. (b) For so long as required by applicable Law, the Company shall pay each month an amount equal to two percent (2%) of the total amount of the actual wages received by the staff and workers of the Company for such month into the Company’s trade union fund for such trade union’s use in accordance with the relevant procedures of the PRC for the management of trade union funds.
