Labor Negotiations. The City may participate with other cities that contract with the Pierce County Sheriff’s Department for law enforcement services to select no more than two (2) representatives who shall have the right to advise the County in any labor negotiations between the County and the collective bargaining units representing the employees of the Sheriff’s Department. Provided however, that all such advice is done in accordance with the rules established by the parties to the negotiations.
