Common use of Labelling and Packaging Clause in Contracts

Labelling and Packaging. (i) The Supplier shall, at its sole cost and expense, be responsible for packing, labelling and preparing delivery loads or release in accordance with the instructions furnished by the Contracting Company and all applicable Legal Requirements, shall ensure that the Deliverables to be delivered to the Delivery Location shall be properly packed and secured so as to allow for efficient and convenient transportation of the Deliverables without any detriment to the condition of the same and to ensure safe arrival in good condition, and shall ensure all boxes and/or packages shall be separately and sufficiently identified and labelled.
