Common use of KPI Bonus Clause in Contracts

KPI Bonus. For each of the Company’s fiscal year during the Employment Period, Xykis shall be eligible to participate in any Company Key Performance Indicator (“KPI”) plan in accordance with the terms and conditions of such plan, if any, with a target KPI equal to 50% of his Base Salary or as generally determined by the Company for the overall KPI plan .

KPI Bonus. For each of the Company’s fiscal year during the Employment Period, Xykis ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall be eligible to participate in any Company Key Performance Indicator (“KPI”) plan in accordance with the terms and conditions of such plan, if any, with a target KPI equal to 5060% of his Base Salary or as generally determined by the Company for the overall KPI plan .plan
