Key Security. Licensee acknowledges receipt of a key to the lock at the Ramp. Licensee agrees not to duplicate or allow others to duplicate the key, or to lend or give the key to any other person. Licensee agrees to keep the Ramp guard chain locked at all times except for when launching or landing Licensee’s boat. Licensee agrees to pay the City $25.00 for a replacement key. Only one replacement key may be obtained from City per License term and Licensee agrees not to use the Ramp without a key obtained from City.
Key Security. Each Party is solely responsible for the security and use of their Key. No other Party or the Association shall be liable for any losses caused by any unauthorized use of a Key. In the event two Parties have identical Keys, the Team Leaders shall provide a final resolution through a Consensus Opinion. A Party may not claim damages against another Party or the Association as a result of the use of a Key.
Key Security. Keys and PINs shall not be disclosed to, loaned to, or shared with any third party, including without limitation any other individuals in Keyholder’s office. Each Keyholder will ensure that its Key is protected and kept secure and confidential at all times. (a) where an unauthorized user can override or escalate the security credentials; (b) where the communication session between the Lockbox and Key are recorded and played back later to gain unauthorized access; (c) forging of electronic credentials that could allow an unauthorized user the ability to masquerade as an authorized user; (d) the introduction of unauthorized software into the Lockbox System; or (e) transmission of frequencies to deceive the Lockbox into opening.
Key Security. We use a secure key system. Please look after your key(s) as the locks are expensive to replace. In the event of a lost or un-returned key(s), there may be additional charges to cover a locksmith’s visit and replacement locks/keys, as deemed necessary to maintain the overall security of the property. The normal cost of a replacement lock is £100 each (but may be more) and upon loss of a key all external locks will need to be replaced along with your door lock at a minimum (and we may have to replace all the other tenants locks as well).
Key Security. By executing this Agreement, Member agrees to maintain the security of the personal identification number of the ▇▇▇▇ (collectively, “Key”) to prevent by unauthorized persons as follows: a. To Keep the Key/device the ▇▇▇▇ is downloaded on in the Member’s possession or in a safe place at all times. b. To not allow his/her personal Identification Number (“PIN”) to be attached to the Key. c. To not loan the Key/device the ▇▇▇▇ is downloaded on to any person, for any purpose whatsoever, or to permit the Key to be used for any purpose by any other person. d. To not duplicate the Key or allow any other person to do so. e. To not assign, transfer or pledge this Agreement or the Key. f. To immediately notify the Association in writing of the loss or theft of a Key/device the ▇▇▇▇ is downloaded on and circumstances surrounding such loss or theft. g. To follow all additional security procedures as specified by the Association. Member further agrees that neither the Service, nor any other UTCFSC product used in connection with the Service (including the Equipment), is a security system. The Service is a marketing convenience key-control system, and as such, any loss of Equipment or disclosure of the PIN compromises the integrity of the Service, and Member agrees to use her or his best efforts to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of all components of the Service.

  • E7 Security The Authority shall be responsible for maintaining the security of the Authority premises in accordance with its standard security requirements.   • Bid Security 2.1 Bid security, as a guarantee of good faith, in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or bidder's bond, may be required to be submitted with this bid document, as indicated on the bid. 2.1.1 Bid security, if required, shall be in the amount specified on the bid. The bid security must be scanned and attached to the “Response Attachments” section of your response or it can be faxed to the Purchasing Office at ▇▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇. The original bid security should then be sent or delivered to the office of the Purchasing Division, ▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇ ▇▇., ▇▇▇. ▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ to be received within three (3) days of bid closing. 2.1.2 If bid security is not received in the Office of the Purchasing Division as stated above, the vendor may be determined to be non-responsive. 2.2 If alternates are submitted, only one bid security will be required, provided the bid security is based on the amount of the highest gross bid. 2.3 Such bid security will be returned to the unsuccessful Bidders when the award of bid is made. 2.4 Bid security will be returned to the successful Bidder(s) as follows: 2.4.1 For single order bids with specified quantities: upon the delivery of all equipment or merchandise, and upon final acceptance by the Owners. 2.4.2 For all other contracts: upon approval by the Owners of the executed contract and bonds. 2.5 Owners shall have the right to retain the bid security of Bidders to whom an award is being considered until either: 2.5.1 A contract has been executed and bonds have been furnished. 2.5.2 The specified time has elapsed so that the bids may be withdrawn. 2.5.3 All bids have been rejected. 2.6 Bid security will be forfeited to the Owners as full liquidated damages, but not as a penalty, for any of the following reasons, as pertains to this specification document: 2.6.1 If the Bidder fails or refuses to enter into a contract on forms provided by the Owners, and/or if the Bidder fails to provide sufficient bonds or insurance within the time period as established in this specification document.

  • Safety; Security Contractor’s failure to comply with any of the requirements in this Section shall be cause for termination.

  • Tender Security 18.1 The Tenderer shall furnish as part of its Tender, either a Tender-Securing Declaration or a Tender Security, as specified in the TDS, in original form and, in the case of a Tender Security, in the amount and currency specified in the TDS. 18.2 A Tender Securing Declaration shall use the form included in Section IV, Tendering Forms. 18.3 If a Tender Security is specified pursuant to ITT 18.1, the Tender Security shall be a demand guarantee in any of the following forms at the Tenderer option: i) cash; ii) a bank guarantee; iii) a guarantee by an insurance company registered and licensed by the Insurance Regulatory Authority listed by the Authority; or
