Key Man Insurance. The Company shall be entitled to obtain a “key man” or similar life or disability insurance policy on the Executive, and neither the Executive nor any of his family members, heirs or beneficiaries shall be entitled to the proceeds thereof. Such insurance shall be available to offset any payments due to the Executive pursuant to Section 5.1 of this Agreement due to his death or Disability.
