KEEPING RECORDS — SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION. ‌ 7.1 The expert must keep records and other supporting documentation (original supporting documents) as evidence that the Contract is performed correctly (and, in particular, on the number of days worked [additional OPTION for evaluators with remote work (except observers): , the remote tasks carried out] and on travels and other expenses incurred). S/he must make them available upon request or in the context of checks, audits or investigations (see Article 12).
