Justification of calculations. Each Party is entitled to require the other Party to provide sufficient evidence to establish the accuracy of any statement, charge or computation made by the other Party under this Agreement. Neither Party is obliged to provide any evidence where doing so would be in breach of any confidentiality undertakings or obligations to third parties.
