Just Cause Provision. No member shall be disciplined, reprimanded or deprived of any professional advantage or given an adverse evaluation without just cause. Any such action by the Board, or any agent or representative thereof, shall be subject to the grievance procedure herein set forth with the exception of those specific areas wherein a particular method of appeal is provided in N.J.S.A. 18A:1-1, et seq., (18A:29-14, 18A:6-10).
