Common use of Jury Clause in Contracts

Jury. A City Driver required to perform Jury Duty will be paid the difference between his appropriate rate of pay (eight and one half (8 hours) and Jury Duty pay. Maintenance required to perform Jury Duty will be paid the difference between his appropriate rate of pay (eight (8) hours) and Jury Duty pay. A Highway Driver required to perform Jury Duty will be paid the difference between his appropriate rate of pay (ten hours) and Jury Duty pay.
