Common use of Jury Service Program Clause in Contracts

Jury Service Program. 8.8.1.1 This Subaward (that is, "Contract") is subject to the provisions of County's ordinance entitled Contractor Employee Jury Service ("Jury Service Program") as codified in Los Angeles County Code Sections 2.203.010 through 2.203.090, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit H (Jury Service Ordinance) and incorporated by reference into and made a part of this Contract.
