JURY AND WITNESS DUTY JURY DUTY. Section 14.1 An employee shall be paid at the basic wage rate for all or any part of his or her scheduled tour for absence due to jury duty. Such paid time shall be considered as actual work time. An employee working evening or night tours will be rescheduled to day tours at his or her request during the period they are required to be absent because of jury duty.
