Common use of Jurisdiction and Law Clause in Contracts

Jurisdiction and Law. 20.01 This Contract, and all actions arising from it, must be governed by, subject to, and construed according to the law of the State of Michigan. The Contractor consents to the personal jurisdiction of any competent court in Xxxxx County, Michigan, for any action arising out of this Contract. Service of process at the address and in the manner specified in this Contract will be sufficient to put the Contractor on notice.
