DHCS may terminate this Agreement if Business Associate is found guilty of a criminal violation of HIPAA. DHCS may terminate this Agreement if a finding or stipulation that the Business Associate has violated any standard or requirement of HIPAA, or other security or privacy laws is made in any administrative or civil proceeding in which the Business Associate is a party or has been joined.
