Common use of Judicial Council Screening and Approval Process Clause in Contracts

Judicial Council Screening and Approval Process. The Judicial Council shall conduct the screening and approval of employees of Contractor and subcontractors that have access to the Restricted Areas pursuant to the Judicial Council’s then-current background check policies and procedures. Contractor agrees to cooperate with the Judicial Council with respect to the screening of those employees. A copy of the Judicial Council’s background check policy current as of the Effective Date is attached as Exhibit I for the Contractor’s reference (“Background Check Policy”).
