Judicial Appearances and Jury Duty. 17.7.1 Unit members shall be entitled to leave without loss of pay to appear in court as a witness pursuant to lawful order of the court other than as a litigant or to respond to an official order from another government jurisdiction for reasons not brought about through the misconduct of the unit member. Any witness fees received by the unit member shall be remitted to the District.
