Common use of Joint Review Committee Clause in Contracts

Joint Review Committee. After the end of the first Research Program, the Parties will establish a joint review committee (“Joint Review Committee”) comprised of an equal number of representatives from each Party. Each Party may change its representatives to the Joint Review Committee from time to time, in its sole discretion, effective upon notice to the other Party of such change. The representatives shall have appropriate technical credentials, experience and knowledge relevant to the development and commercialization of Products.
