Joint Health and Safety Committee Meetings. 13.03 (a) The Co-chairs shall conduct a meeting at least six (6) times per year to discuss matters relative to Health and Safety in the plant. It is understood that the Co-chairs will exchange agendas, at least one week in advance of such meetings.
