Joint Employee/Management consultation meetings. The Employer and the Union agree that it is mutually advantageous to have orderly, effective and efficient labour relations. When requested by one of the parties, the two parties will mutually schedule a date to discuss grievances and labour relations. The parties agree that they have to schedule at least one meeting every four months. The Union delegates appointed shall be released without loss of compensation for the day. A total of one (1) Union ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall be pay for the duration of the Labour Relations Committee and Grievance Committee meeting. If additional time is needed after that meeting the Union will paid for the additional time. One of the parties may cancel a meeting with reasonable notice. When a meeting is cancelled it will have to be rescheduled and take place within 30 days following the cancellation. The purpose of the meeting shall be to solve problems shared by the parties as well as to investigate grievances. When requested by the Union and approved by the manager, the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall be released for a reasonable amount of time, without loss of wages, in order to investigate grievances.
