No change without Union consent. No special agreement regarding working conditions other than those provided in this Agreement between an employee and the Company shall be valid unless approved in writing by an officer duly mandated by the Union and the Company. In the event of violation of this clause, the Union may make use of the grievance procedure and arbitration without being subject to the deadlines indicated in this Agreement.
