Common use of JOB DESCRIPTIONS 18 Clause in Contracts

JOB DESCRIPTIONS 18. 01‌ During the life of this Collective Agreement, the Employer shall prepare job descriptions for all classifications covered by the Certificate of Bargaining Authority. Job descriptions should contain the job title, name of the department, title of the immediate supervisor, wage level of the job, a summary statement of the job, a list of duties, and the date prepared. Such job descriptions will be presented in writing to the Union. Employees shall have access to a copy of the current job descriptions. If the Union fails to object in writing within twenty-eight (28) calendar days of receipt of the job descriptions from the Employer, the job descriptions will be considered as established.
