Jefferson Community and Technical College agrees to. A. Offer KCTCS courses at the Carrollton Campus, specific to the academic needs expressed by OCBOE under the terms of this agreement. Determinations on the exact courses offered each semester were developed collaboratively between JCTC and OCBOE. Specific courses planned for Fall 2015 and Spring 2016 are included as Attachment #1.
