Common use of Israeli Lenders Clause in Contracts

Israeli Lenders. (a) It is hereby acknowledged that it is a condition to any prospective Israeli Lender becoming a party hereto on the Closing Date that the proposed Loans to be made on the Closing Date, shall not result in such prospective Lender exceeding the limits under Bank of Israel guidelines and directives with respect to single borrowers (“loveh boded”), groups of borrowers (“kvutzat lovim”), connected persons (“anashim kshurim”) or any other limit or limitations imposed thereunder (“Israeli Regulatory Guidelines”).
