Isotope. The supply of [*] Isotope shall be governed by the Iodine Supply Agreement dated September 13, 2000 between Nordion and Coulter (the "Iodine Supply Agreement"). Upon termination or expiration of the Iodine Supply Agreement, Corixa shall be entitled to purchase [*] Isotope from Nordion in accordance with the pricing set out in Exhibit 9.1, or at Corixa's option, and upon Isotope specifications and conditions to be agreed with Nordion, shall be permitted to purchase [*] Isotope from a third party for use by Nordion in the manufacture of Labeled Drug. [*] Isotope supplied by Nordion for use in Labeled Drug shall conform to the [*] Isotope Specifications set out in Exhibit 1.61(b).
Isotope. Solutions shall continue to be responsible for the processing of all billing and collection relevant to all claims for all medical services rendered by the P.C., and in connection with the P.C.'s Practice (the "Claims"), in order to satisfy the P.C.'s Indebtedness.
Isotope. Solutions shall have the exclusive right and authority, and shall be entitled, to receive all proceeds from past, present, and future accounts, accounts receivable, all reimbursement rights and the proceeds thereof from third party payors due to the P.C., in order to satisfy the P.C.'s Indebtedness to Isotope Solutions.

  • Influenza Vaccine Upon recommendation of the Medical Officer of Health, all employees shall be required, on an annual basis to be vaccinated and or to take antiviral medication for influenza. If the costs of such medication are not covered by some other sources, the Employer will pay the cost for such medication. If the employee fails to take the required medication, she may be placed on an unpaid leave of absence during any influenza outbreak in the home until such time as the employee has been cleared by the public health or the Employer to return to the work environment. The only exception to this would be employees for whom taking the medication will result in the employee being physically ill to the extent that she cannot attend work. Upon written direction from the employee’s physician of such medical condition in consultation with the Employer’s physician, (if requested), the employee will be permitted to access their sick bank, if any, during any outbreak period. If there is a dispute between the physicians, the employee will be placed on unpaid leave. If the employee gets sick as a reaction to the drug and applies for WSIB the Employer will not oppose the application. If an employee is pregnant and her physician believes the pregnancy could be in jeopardy as a result of the influenza inoculation and/or the antiviral medication she shall be eligible for sick leave in circumstances where she is not allowed to attend at work as a result of an outbreak. This clause shall be interpreted in a manner consistent with the Ontario Human Rights Code.

  • Radiation Therapy/Chemotherapy Services This plan covers chemotherapy and radiation services. Respiratory Therapy This plan covers respiratory therapy services. When respiratory services are provided in your home, as part of a home care program, durable medical equipment, supplies, and oxygen are covered as a durable medical equipment service.

  • Nepotism No person shall be employed or contracted with if a member of his or her immediate family is on the Board of Directors of the Subrecipient or is employed in an administrative capacity by the Subrecipient. For the purposes of this section, “immediate family” includes: wife, husband, daughter, son, mother, father, brother, sister, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, father-in-law, mother-in- law, aunt, uncle, niece, nephew, stepparent and stepchild; “administrative capacity” includes those who have selection, hiring, supervisory or operational responsibility for the program.

  • Insulin Insulin will be treated as a prescription drug subject to a separate copay for each type prescribed.

  • Weapons Possession of any weapon or ammunition is prohibited. This includes but is not limited to guns, swords and knives with the blade over five and a half inches. Possession of facsimile weapons is also prohibited. This includes but is not limited to pellet guns, air soft pistols and B.B. guns. Serious injury has occurred in situations where facsimile weapons have been mistaken for actual weapons.

  • Technological Displacement The Employer agrees that, whenever possible, no Employee shall lose employment because of technological change, utilizing normal turnover of staff to absorb such displaced employees. However, when necessary to reduce staff, it shall be done as outlined in Article 14.01 and Article 18.

  • Musculoskeletal Injury Prevention and Control (a) The Hospital in consultation with the Joint Health and Safety Committee (JHSC) shall develop, establish and put into effect, musculoskeletal prevention and control measures, procedures, practices and training for the health and safety of employees.

  • Probes Network hosts used to perform (DNS, EPP, etc.) tests (see below) that are located at various global locations.

  • Ergonomics The supervisor/manager will provide training and equipment for staff to safely perform job functions and avoid injury. Employees should contact their supervisor if job procedures, equipment or workstations lead to risk of injury or work-related musculoskeletal disorders. Further ergonomic guidelines shall be referenced on the Environmental Health and Safety website www.ehs.washington.edu.

  • Speech Therapy This plan covers speech therapy services when provided by a qualified licensed provider and part of a formal treatment plan for: • loss of speech or communication function; or • impairment as a result of an acute illness or injury, or an acute exacerbation of a chronic disease. Speech therapy services must relate to: • performing basic functional communication; or • assessing or treating swallowing dysfunction. See Autism Services when speech therapy services are rendered as part of the treatment of autism spectrum disorder. The amount you pay and any benefit limit will be the same whether the services are provided for habilitative or rehabilitative purposes.
