The terms “Involuntary Separation from Service” or “Involuntary Termination” (or “Involuntarily Terminated”) shall mean a Separation from Service due to the independent exercise of the unilateral authority of the Bank to terminate Executive’s services, other· than due to Executive’s implicit or explicit request, where Executive was willing and able to continue performing services.
