Invoices. The Vendor or vendor assigned dealer shall submit invoices, to the TIPS participant. Each invoice shall include the TIPS participant’s purchase order number. The shipment tracking number or pertinent information for verification of TIPS participant receipt shall be made available upon request. The Vendor or vendor assigned dealer shall not invoice for partial shipments unless agreed to in writing in advance by TIPS and the TIPS participant.
