Common use of Invoice Review and Payment Clause in Contracts

Invoice Review and Payment. For purposes of this clause, "invoice payment" means a Government disbursement of monies to a vendor under a contract or other authorization for supplies or services accepted by the Government. This includes payments for partial deliveries that have been accepted by the Government and final costs or fee payments where amounts owed have been settled between the Government and the vendor. Payment shall be considered as being made on the day a check is dated or an electronic funds transfer is made. All days referred to in this clause are calendar days. The designated billing office for transfer pay accounts is LC/FEDLINK.
