Invitation for technical and financial proposals. The invitation to submit technical and financial proposals (hereinafter called the Request for Proposals or RFP) and all related documents shall be approved by ADB before they are issued. For this purpose, three copies of the draft RFP, the names of consultants to be short-listed, the proposed criteria for evaluation of both proposals, a draft consultancy contract, and other related documents shall be submitted to ADB. A period of at least 35 days shall be allowed for submission of both proposals. A copy of the final RFP as issued, together with all related documents, shall be furnished to ADB for information promptly after issuance.
