Loan Regulations and Grant Regulations; Definitions. Section 1.01. All provisions of the Special Operations Loan Regulations of ADB, dated 1 January 2006 (the “Loan Regulations”), are hereby made applicable to the Loan made pursuant to this Financing Agreement with the same force and effect as if they were fully set forth herein, subject, however, to the following modifications:
