Inversion constraints. During the inversion process, further constraints are applied on the retrieved state variable. For each variable, a validity range is defined; at each iteration every variable is forced to assume values between this range. Also, the retrieval of the AOT in each pixel is dependent on the retrieval of the COT. If the total retrieved COT at observation i for pixel p is higher than 1.5, then no AOT is retrieved, as the information associated to the aerosol load strongly decreases with respect to the once associated to clouds as the COT increases.‌

  • PRE-CONSTRUCTION PHASE SERVICES The Pre-Construction Phase shall be deemed to commence upon the date specified in a written Notice to Proceed with Pre-Construction Phase Services issued by Owner and shall continue through completion of the Construction Documents and procurement of all major Subcontractor agreements. Contractor is not entitled to reimbursement for any costs incurred for Pre-Construction Phase Services performed before issuance of the written Notice to Proceed. Pre-Construction Phase Services may overlap Construction Phase Services. Contractor shall perform the following Pre-Construction Phase Services:

  • Pre-Construction Conference Participate in a pre-construction conference prior to commencement of Work at the Site.

  • Advice on Construction Progress To each Change Order which grants an extension in the Contract Time, the Design Professional shall attach its Advice on Construction Progress, in the format provided in the Forms Packet, and provide a copy to the CM/GC.

  • Commencement and Completion of Construction The Company shall begin Construction Activities no later than January 1, 2014 (“Commencement Date”) and secure a final Certificate of Compliance by June 30, 2015 (hereinafter, “Completion Date”).

  • General Construction Obligations (a) Without limiting Section 10.3:

  • Coordination of Design and Construction Contract Documents 5.5.1 Review model(s), Drawings, Specifications and other Construction Documents as they are developed by A/E during the Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documents design phases of the Project.
