Common use of Inventory and Property Clause in Contracts

Inventory and Property. Property, equipment and furnishings for the operations of the Authority shall be acquired by Authority as provided by law. If any Party furnishes property, equipment or furnishings for the Authority’s use, title to the same shall remain with the respective Party unless that property, equipment or furnishings are acquired by the Authority.
