Common use of Interview Teams Clause in Contracts

Interview Teams. In the process of hiring new teachers and/or administrators, the District will make a sincere effort to include present employees to assist with the interviewing process, allowing input to the administrator responsible for making the recommendation. Whenever possible, these employees will include, but not be limited to, employees from the building, or from the grade group, or department for which the employee is being hired. During non-contract periods, the same sincere effort will be made.
