Intersession. 2 Members providing intersession service shall be included within the SMEEA bargaining 3 unit. The status quo will continue regarding the terms and conditions of employment for 4 such employees until any negotiated changes between the Association and the District, 5 and that intersession teachers who are not otherwise regularly employed as certificated 6 employees by the District shall not receive health and welfare benefits pursuant to this 7 Agreement.
