Common use of INTERRUPTION OF OPERATIONS Clause in Contracts

INTERRUPTION OF OPERATIONS. If the operations of any material portion of Borrower's Security Monitoring Business is interrupted at any time for more than 48 hours during any period of 10 consecutive days, unless Borrower or the appropriate Obligor shall be entitled to receive during such period of interruption proceeds of business interruption insurance sufficient to assure that the per diem Operating Cash Flow of such portion of Borrower's Security Monitoring Business during such period is at least equal to its per diem Operating Cash Flow for the month preceding the initial date of interruption.
