INTERPRETATION, JURISDICTION, ETC. 13.1 This Agreement constitutes the whole agreement between the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all prior oral or written understandings, agreements or negotiations between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof. No prior writings by or between the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof shall be used by either party in connection with the interpretation of any provisions of this Agreement.
