INTERPRETATION GUIDELINES. In this Agreement: the use of any gender shall include all genders; the singular number shall include the plural and the plural the singular as the context may require; whenever the context may require, any pronouns used herein shall include the corresponding masculine, feminine or neuter forms; the words "include," "including," and "such as" shall each be construed as if followed by the phrases "without being limited to"; the words "herein," "hereof," "hereunder" and words of similar import shall be construed to refer to this Agreement as a whole and not to any particular Section hereof unless expressly so stated; the section headings herein are for convenience of reference only and shall not affect in any way the interpretation of any of the provisions hereof.

INTERPRETATION GUIDELINES. When the Employer identifies a need for a Multi Facility/Agency Position under 26.02 Multi Facility/Agency Positions the following processes shall be followed. Clarification of this Article is provided by the two (2) examples below: Example #1: Creation of a positon which is regularly scheduled in more than one Facility/Agency The Employer requires a registered nurse to be regularly scheduled in more than one Facility.
