Interpolated Historic Term SOFR. If clause 3.2 above applies but no Historic Term SOFR is available for the Interest Period of the Floating Rate Loan or any part of the Floating Rate Loan, the applicable Reference Rate shall, subject to clause 3.5 below, be the Interpolated Historic Term SOFR for a period equal in length to the Interest Period of the Floating Rate Loan or that part of the Floating Rate Loan.
