Common use of International Transfers Clause in Contracts

International Transfers. 7.1 In the event that CEM transfers Shared Personal Data to the Client outside the EEA or the transfer is not covered by an Adequacy Decision, both Parties shall be bound by the Standard Contractual Clauses as set out in Schedule 3 of this Agreement. If the Standard Contractual Clauses contradict any other part of this Agreement, including its Schedules and Annexes, the Standard Contractual Clauses shall prevail.
