INTERNAL UPGRADE. On occasion, employees with previous continuous experience with the Employer in one job classification may be promoted to a job classification in a higher pay grade which requires a new or different license. In such cases, for purposes of layoff and recall only, employees will be credited with seniority for one third of the time worked in different job classifications. All other internal transfers will be credited with full seniority.
