INTERMENTS. No interment rights certificate shall be issued until all indebtedness has been satisfied. No interment will take place unless the certificate of cremation and written interment order from the Interment Rights Holder, or their representative, has been deposited with a Cemetery Official. Only two urns allowed per niche. Should you wish to transfer Interment Rights to a relative, without compensation, the original Certificate of Interment Rights must be returned and a new one issued.
