Intermediate Bodies. On the basis of an agreement with the FMO, the NFP may delegate some tasks of project preparation and implementation to Intermediate Bodies (relevant ministries, regional governments, relevant organisations of public administration and other agreed bodies). Their tasks and responsibilities will be defined in detail in the legal act, agreement or memorandum of understanding between the Intermediate Body and the Ministry of Finance.
