Common use of Intermediary Services Clause in Contracts

Intermediary Services. This Agreement does not obligate either Party to provide or utilize any intermediary or transit traffic function of the other Party. For purposes of this Agreement, Level 3’s traffic exchanged with ILEC is considered to be the provision of End Office switching functions for its Wholesale Customer so neither Level 3 nor its Wholesale Customer is entitled to bill, nor is ILEC obligated to pay, any transit charges for such traffic.
