Interior Design. POST CONSTRUCTION PHASE 1. During FF&E warranty period the Professional Services Consultant shall review all problems, issues, and/or concerns as they relate to the FF&E Phase for a one-year duration from Substantial Completion. Professional Services Consultant will follow-up with the vendors, as required, for all remedial actions.
