Common use of Intergovernmental Cooperation Clause in Contracts

Intergovernmental Cooperation. The parties agree to work collaboratively to the greatest extent possible in order to ▇▇▇▇▇▇ positive intergovernmental relationships, achieve common goals, and realize efficiencies in the delivery of programs and services, including but not limited to the following efforts: a. Point of Contact.
