Common use of Interest on and Return of Capital Contributions Clause in Contracts

Interest on and Return of Capital Contributions. Except as provided in Section 6.2, no interest shall accrue on any Capital Contributions and no Member shall have the right to demand or require the return of its Capital Contributions except to the extent, if any, that distributions made pursuant to the express terms of this Agreement may be considered as such by law or by unanimous agreement of the Members, or upon dissolution and liquidation of the Company, and then only to the extent expressly provided for in this Agreement and as permitted by law.
