Common use of INTEREST OF CONTRACTOR Clause in Contracts

INTEREST OF CONTRACTOR. The Contractor agrees that it presently does not have, and shall acquire no direct or indirect interest which conflicts in any manner or degree with the performance of the terms of this Agreement. The Contractor will not employ any person who has any such conflict of interest to assist the Contractor in performing the Services.
