Common use of INTEREST OF CONTRACTOR Clause in Contracts

INTEREST OF CONTRACTOR. CONTRACTOR covenants that it presently has no interest, and shall not acquire any interest, direct or indirect, financial or otherwise, which would conflict in any manner or degree with the performance of the services under this Agreement.

INTEREST OF CONTRACTOR. CONTRACTOR covenants that it is presently has no interest, including but not limited to, other projects or independent contractors, and shall not acquire any such interest, direct or indirect, financial or otherwise, which would conflict in any manner or degree with the performance of services required to be performed under this Agreement. CONTRACTOR further covenants that in the services performance of this agreement no person having any such interest shall be employed or retained by it under this Agreement.

CONTRACTOR further covenants that in the services performance of this Agreement no person having any such interest shall be employed or retained by him under this Agreement.

The CONTRACTOR covenants that it he/she presently has no interest, interest and shall not acquire any interest, direct or indirect, financial or otherwise, which would conflict in any manner or degree with the performance of the services required to be performed under this Agreement. The CONTRACTOR further covenants that in the performance of this Agreement he/she shall not knowingly employ any person having any such interest and that he/she shall reasonably ascertain of all his/her employees that they have no such interest.

CONTRACTOR covenants that neither it nor its officers, directors, or agents, presently has no interest, any interest and shall not acquire any interest, direct or indirect, financial or otherwise, which would conflict in any manner or degree with the performance of the services Services required to be performed under this Agreement. CONTRACTOR further covenants that in the performance of this Agreement no person having any such interest shall knowingly be employed.

INTEREST OF CONTRACTOR. CONTRACTOR 10 16.1. Contractor covenants that it presently has no interest, and shall not acquire any interest, 11 direct or indirect, financial or otherwise, which would conflict in any manner or degree 12 with the performance of the services under this Agreementhereunder.

CONTRACTOR hereby covenants that it presently has has, at the time of the execution of this Agreement, no interest, and that it shall not acquire any interestinterest in the future, direct or indirect, financial or otherwise, indirect which would conflict in any manner or degree or be inconsistent with the performance of the services under required to be performed pursuant to this Agreement. CONTRACTOR further covenants that in the performance of this work no person having any such interest shall be employed.

CONTRACTOR covenants that it presently has no interest, includ- ing but not limited to, other projects or independent contractors, and shall not acquire any such interest, direct or indirect, financial or otherwise, which would conflict in any manner or degree with the performance of services required to be performed under this Agreement. CONTRACTOR further covenants that in the services performance of this Agreement no person having any such interest shall be employed or re- tained by CONTRACTOR under this Agreement.

The CONTRACTOR covenants that it he presently has no interest, interest and shall not acquire any interest, interest direct or indirect, financial indirect in the above described project or otherwise, any parcels therein or any other interest which would conflict in any manner or degree with the performance of the his services under this Agreementhereunder.
