Common use of Interest of Consultant Clause in Contracts

Interest of Consultant. The Consultant agrees that it has no interests, direct or indirect, which would conflict in any manner or degree with the performance of services required to be performed under this contract.

Interest of Consultant. The Consultant agrees that it Consultant presently has no interestsinterest, including but not limited to, other projects or independent contracts, and shall not acquire any such interest, direct or indirect, which would conflict in any manner or degree with the performance of services the Consultant Services required to be performed under this contractAgreement. Consultant further agrees that, in the performance of this Agreement, no person having any such interest shall be employed or retained by Consultant under this Agreement.

Interest of Consultant. The Consultant agrees agrees, for itself and its employees involved in this Project, that it has no interestsinterest and shall not acquire any interest, direct or indirect, including any business interest or other pecuniary or beneficial interest which would conflict in any manner or degree way whatsoever with the performance of services required in connection with the Project. In addition, Consultant is hereby referred to be performed under this contractthe provisions of Paragraph 4.c. of the Agreement.
