The Service will develop links with referrers to ensure streamlined pathways for patients. The Service will operate from multiple locations and depends on referrals from GPs and other clinicians. The Provider will need to evidence how it will market its services to GPs and other referrers within the NHS Eastern and Coastal Kent area. The Service is reliant on effective referral transmission on the xxx.xxx system/fax and the Choose and Book system.
